How it Works
Terra will meet with the owner or general manager of a company to assess communication problems. The most common areas of concern are passive behavior, passive-aggressive behavior, lack of motivation in the workplace, resistance to change, and poor written and oral communication skills.
Terra will create a plan to address the most common issues. Her sessions are given on site or off in groups of 5 or more people. Terra delivers practical and motivational material that engages every person in the audience. She has a unique ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of people with a diverse mix of personalities. Corporate training techniques include defining effective communication styles, reviewing case studies, and small or large-group role playing. At the end of the session you will see more congenial and productive employees.
