Specific needs to be highlighted include the benefits of being direct and conversational, using an active voice, separating clarifying information, and making publications easier to read. We’ll learn about pre-writing and organization as well as how to best use graphic enhancements (charts and callouts). Following this four-hour courses the NATP will produce textbooks of higher quality, enhancing their reputation and credibility.
